Products are seldom damaged from shipping. However, fully assembled products are more susceptible to damage when handled during transit.
IMPORTANT: Do not refuse a package because a carton is damaged. Cartons can be damaged without damaging the contents.

If damage does occur, we will replace any damaged parts promptly and free of charge. However, you must be willing and able to install replacement parts. All parts are fastened with screws and are easily replaced (about 3 minutes per part). You will be credited $2.00 for each part you install, which is a more than fair amount.

Because we have had unreasonable customers insist upon reshipping orders due to slight damage, which could have been simply corrected, we will not ship assembled products to anyone who will not accept the terms of our assembled products policy. If you are unable to comply with this policy, please change or cancel your order.
